Size of file types (Mp4, Mov, Avi,Flv)

I have found out the total amount of MB's that are in each file type of my video.

I have also found out that Mp4 is a small file and has less MB. This means that it can be put on to a small screen or youtube. The size of the mp4 file for my video is 15MB.

The mov file however has a lot more MB than the Mp4 file, for my video the amount of MB in the  mov file is 236.4 MB. This type of file would be used to put on a CD because it has more data and has  better quality.

                 go onto youtube.

Once your on youtube go to the top left hand corner you'll see A button saying upload, that is where you upload you video, but make sure your logged in, you will need a youtube account to upload  videos. e.g this account name is j thrasher.

Ok then, thats was Georgia's guide to Exporting, Converting and Uploading, Thanx for reading

B. Converting

                          Converting and Clipping

                                                MPEG Stream Clip

first you need to select which video you want clipped.

Once you have selected your video drag it to Mpeg Streamclip.

Once you are on Mpeg Stream clip click on file at the top right hand corner .

Once the drop tab is up click one of the file types or if none of them is on that list
click on Export to other formats then you will find more file types.

It is important to give the video the right file type because if you are putting it on a CD
but it is the size file for youtube or a phone it won't look that good.

Once you have click the file type you want this will pop up, It has what size you want the file etc.
Once you have all the settings find then just click make AVI.
Once you've done that you can get on with uploading your video to youtube.

 task two

  1. what these properties of image file types mean
       i. Pixel dimensions= pixel dimensions are the horizontal and vertical measurements of an image expressed with pixels. The pixel dimensions may be determind by multiplying both width and the height by the dpi.  A digital camra will also have pixel dimensions.

ii. Dpi Resolution= It stands for Dots per Inch. Its a measure of spatial Printing or video dot density,  In perticular the number of individual dots taht can be placed in a line within the span of 1 inch (2.54CM).
iii. Quality ( of an image)= Image quality is a characteristic of an image that measures the preceived image degradation (Typically, compared to an ideal or perfect image). Imaging systems may introduce some amounts of distortion or artifacts in the signal, so the quality assessment is an important problem.
iv. Compression settings=  Most digital cameras take photos that are saved in the .jpg file format.
